The Neo-Classical monumental edifice of the city hall in Oradea was designed by architect Rimanoczy Kalman. On the upper level, the faτade is decorated by statues and a balcony. The bell tower is tall and richly decorated. It dominates the city and strikes the hour on the tune of the March of the 1848 Revolutionaries led by Avram Iancu.
